CrossFit for Hope is the joint effort between CrossFit and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The goal is to raise 1.7MM – one day’s operating cost for St. Jude – to combat childhood cancer and other deadly diseases. Register to participate or find an athlete or affiliate to sponsor and join the fight.

On June 9th CrossFitters around the world will be performing the “Hope” workout to support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

    Monique, don’t kill me…. did the first 10 OHS RX, but in the middle of doing 9, I couldn’t even do 2 in a row any more. 55# was still hard for me.

    • If you did the best you could, that’s all anybody can ask. And the du’s were not easy toward the end either.

    • Thanks Monique and Sara. It was good partnering with you, Sara, this a.m. And woohoo, the du’s were being strung together pretty good for me. I even pr’d with a couple of 10 in a rows. Not at the end though, whew.
