  1. Deceptive little WOD there, sounded so doable in writing. ūüôā

    WOD 10 rds, only rx’d the first round, those jumping squats were brutal. For the last 9 rounds for the jumping squat portion I used the 18#kb

  2. Clean/front squat/jerk: 225#
    WOD: 13 rds rxd
    WOD 2: 3 round for time. 15:37 rxd
    sandbag run to the street and back
    10 knees to elbows
    10 dead lifts 225#
    10 burpee box jumps
    20 sit ups
