    PJ: 140#. No PR, but i’m getting my strength back!
    WOD: 19:47. RX until the last 9 c2b. Then, in order to finish before noon, i had to take what i could get.

    Thanks everybody for the push! And these hand-tears are no fun.

    Push jerk only 105#
    WOD: 14: something!!! 😣 Tough one!! All shoulders…. First time not ripping hands doin chest to bar!!! Really surprised!!! 😁😜
