100 Double-unders (ea)
50 push-ups (ea)
40 Toes-to-bar (team)
30 Partner pass wall balls (team)
90 foot Walking lunge with barbell in back rack (walk with partner and pass the bar back and forth to complete 90 steps as a team) the lunges will be set up outside.
Then finish with a 800 m run together.
(One person working at a time except the run and wall balls )
