    WOD mod 13 press x 15# dumbbells and 200m row for 5 sets 9:20 (shoulder friendly).

    WOD: 18:11 RX
    I didn’t sprint until the last round – still RX?😓
    All of sudden, the temp rose 5 degrees by round 3!!!🌞🌞🌞

  3. DL: 115#. And on the 3rd set i broke. Twice. I really need to get stronger on my powerlifts.

    WOD: 15:49/row instead of run because of my crippled calf

    WOD: 12:27 Rx. If I didn’t do 20 push presses my first round and 17 my next before being corrected, I prob would have gotten better time.

    Definitely enjoyed this. The “sprint” was more of an active recovery, which I should not have allowed myself to do. Always room for improvement.
