CONGRATULATIONS TO CARRIE STAHLHOEFER AND RON NAVARRETE ! THEY ARE THE WINNERS OF UTC PALEO CHALLENGE. ALTHOUGH WE HAD LOST A FEW ALONG THE WAY, THERE WERE SOME THAT BROUGHT THEIR A GAME ALL THE WAY TO THE END OF THE 6 WEEK CHALLENGE. THESE WERE THE TWO THAT STOOD OUT THE MOST. CONGRATS TO YOU BOTH! (COME TAKE YOUR PHOTOS WITH YOUR PRIZES IN YOUR PALM $$$$$$) PLEASE REMEMBER THE IMPORTANCE OF THE PALEO DIET. THE HEALTH BENEFITS ARE PLENTIFUL IN THIS CAVEMAN WAY OF EATING. SO MAKE IT LEAST 80% OF YOUR DIET FOR YOUR HEALTH AND 95% TO BE A BEAST!!!

Congrats goes out to Paul and Frank for reppin hard at the USPFC. Paul placed fourth in his division and Frank placed top ten out of 27 in his. Both did us very proud!

After some hard fights Kekoa and Chase reach the podium. Anthony took gold in his division and Chase takes the bronze home!

  3. 19:00 singles/1 mat… Second half I started with handstand push ups then realized I didn’t do my 5 burpee pull ups n went back to em!

    This WOD made me throw up inside!!! Good one Coach Tony!😝

  9. Wod 16:40 Rxd. Great energy 5:30pm’ers. Thanks to coach Tom got to see the end of Chris’s all star game. They won 22-11 and he was a beast at the plate. Thanks again big man for letting me split to see it.
