First of all i would like to thank UTC for giving me opportunity to compete and the UTC Family who came out to support us at Battle of the Boxes, What an awesome experience for my first Crossfit competition, I can’t even explain the feeling and Energy I felt having such an awesome support group, shoot we even got my baby girl cheering on U T C….U T C…. Definitely one for the books… Now lets Train!!!!

  3. I swear I could hear the pull-up bar and barbell say “who’s your daddy” at the end of that WOD. Pleasantly surprised at the difficulty of this one.

    WOD 15:16 singles, blue band… Did 20 DU in the beginning n realized it was gonna take forever to do 100… Gotta keep practicing :/

  6. 205# ending power snatch / 8:21 rx had difficulty with double unders in the beginning, but got my groove back after that. Good job 5:30

  7. WoD: 10:16 Rx also difficulties with Dbl unders. Didn’t get my swag back today…Better luck next time!

  8. Great WOD. I love snatch. 95, 115,135,145,155. Thanks for the help coach T amazing how easy it feels when you open up at the right time.
    13:38wod. 115# and it was still freaking heavy. Cool down with 10 muscle up. Been feeling good and motivated. Thanks guys for always pushing when I want to quit. You guys are great.

    Gotta love doing singles! Maybe one day ill get the ever elusive DU. 2nd set of pull ups killed me. Rx other than singles.
