    Attempted 3 muscle ups each round and at end of WOD=fail. More more and more practice

    18:30 not exactly rx ….3 muscle ups then 6×6 push up pull up….then did muscle ups rx rest of the way!!! It was a pleasure to work out with the inspirational Coach Mitch!!!!

  4. Pushing your personal limit (+1)…not chasing the clock is what it’s about. A good time will come with efficiency of movement, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning….so Amanda’s position directly correlates to her physical out put…unless of course she tripped over the barbell 🙂 or Austin pushed her over to finish before her!!!

  5. That was me yesterday. For a second I thought you took a pic of me. I couldn’t hold my legs or arms up. It wasn’t that I was out of breath…

    • Me too! I was walking down my stairs in heels and my legs were so wobbly! That is a good a$$ workout for the legs when that happens!

    Kept getting caught on the run. Just another skill to add to the “needs to improve” category.

    • You did good kid! I know the feeling of just wanting to quit, move on and take the easy way out. I know it seems hard sometimes but remember one thing… No matter how hard it gets, stick your chest out, keep ya head up…. and handle it. Good work broda!
