  2. 145# OHS!!!!!!!!!. Considering I had a hard time with 95# six months ago this was huge. I think I could have gone higher, but ran out of time.

  5. I’ve been stuggling with an knee injury for over a month. It’s getting worst. So I rowed 4000 meters. Did pull ups and double unders. I walked away thinking…that sucked! I needed more! Then I read “The worst workout is the one that didn’t happen”. Something is better than nothing…
