    Started doing my kbs before lunges and had to stop after I was 17 reps in. So after my 50 lunges I stated my kb swings at 18 then used a 24″ box for the jumping pull-ups. Shins were killing me..

  3. Was hoping to beat my time from May this year. The problem wasn’t finishing but time. We’ve been short on time a lot. Darn work 😠😩😢😅

  4. 33:44 Almost rx’d did superman’s while I waited for the GHD. And step ups at the end. Knee is getting better but not 100%

  5. Dirty 30 — prego style!!! 17:48 or 18:48 can’t remember….
    -Skipped the back extensions (but did do my DU’s).. I figured 30 wouldn’t bother the baby much.
    -10# wall balls not a full squat
    -15# bar for pp
    -very modified k2e(I felt like Richard Simmons..hahaha)
    -18# kb
    -small box step ups
