    WOD: 105# w DU’s 1/2 half,
    second 1/2 115# singles
    My legs don’t looks so good… 😣
    Should of worn longer pants!!

  2. 45# front squat + more if you count my belly.. 🙂

    35# hang cleans and step ups instead of double unders…
    Did a 10 min wod instead of 20.. Worked for 5 minutes .. Rested for 5 .. Worked for 5 more… It was way too hot.. I’m way too big and way too slow now .. But I can’t stay away from the box … 🙂
