15 oh squat
20 push press
25 front squat
30 push jerk
35 back squat
200 m run

2 minutes rest then:

200 double-unders

*5 min time cap

*for every double-under not completed you must do 1 burpee

    Holy cow that was a challenging WOD for me 😅😂

  2. DL: 2 @ 185#. Still working my negatives. Until i can do them, i’m not increasing weight.
    WOD: 26 PJ. I went out of order and then had to do push press into push jerk, and my shoulders just started to fail.
    Cashout: 100 du rx.

    Wod- 13:51 @ 95# with exception for press at 115.

    Cash out -62 DU’s which meant 38 burpees ;={

    Rowed 1600 meters in 7 mins.

    WOD- not sure now to record but I ran the 200 when there was 26 seconds left. So probably missed 100m by the deadline.
