    Started out with box jumps and ended up with step ups. Saving the knee. Started with #135 ended with #115…😒

    WOD – 24:06 ….started with box jumps n ended with step ups; last 3 rounds I ran with sandbag (thanks for that motivation Andy and Wendy!)
