EMOM (every minute on the minute) for as long as possible of:
3 x Power Cleans (M-185# / F-135#)
3 x Front Squats (M-185# / F-135#)
3 x Jerks (M-185# / F-135#)
Must use the same weight for all 3 movements. Have to make at least 6 rounds with the weight you choose. Pick something that is manageable but not to easy (aka: challenging).
