Today we celebrate the birthday of Gle Vieira the best way we know how…..WORK OUT!

For time:
Start with a 800 m run
then,
3 rounds of:
11 deadlifts
7 wall balls
8 Kettlebell swings
After the 3 rounds end with a 400 m run.
