Gym will be closed this Friday and Saturday due to competition. Come in WOD today!

Partner WOD:
AMRAP in 20 min of:
*200m Run
KB Swings 53/35
Sit Ups
Burpee Box Jumps 20/24
One partner runs while the other performs the exercise. Rotate through the exercises after each 200m run. Score total reps.
