5-Minute AMRAP

2 Muscle-ups
3 Power Snatches, 80-85% of snatch 1RM
4 Back Squats, same weight/bar as power snatches
Rest 2 minutes
Re-start the AMRAP at the beginning for each cycle.
Modifications:

1 Muscle-up = 1 Bar Muscle-up OR 1 Jumping Muscle-up OR 4 Pull-ups
